The hotel is 15km from the Reina Sofia International Airport (South Tenerife).The hotel facilities include one outdoor pool for adults and one for children (both heated), a large garden and playground, sun-lounges, parasols, restaurant, pool bar, internet access, 24hour reception, a brand new spa with plunge pools, saunas and treatments, hairdresser, beautician, one floodlit tennis court and facilities for disabled people. Visitors can play tennis, volleyball, darts, pool, free five-a-side football court, billiards, and table tennis. There is a kids-club for children aged 4 till 12 years. A full evening entertainment programme is provided. Theme evenings such as Canarian, Italian, Mexican or Spanish evenings take place each week, barbeque, bar with live evening entertainment. Club Alexandre rooms have the following services included in the room rate: pool view, daily access to the Spa 2 hours per day; complimentary dressing gown and slippers to use throughout pax stay and Luxury in-room toiletries. 1008 FG. Modern building with 4 floors. The hotel comprises 282 rooms, which sleep up to 4 people. The hotel rooms are ample in size (36 sq m to 50 sq m) and each room has a private bathroom/bath/shower and a furniture terrace or balcony. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite television with music channel, direct telephone, mini-bar and safety deposit box. Club Alexandre rooms have pool view. All guests in Club Alexandre rooms are entitled to free access to the brand new Natural spa and wellness centre every day throughout the stay (2 hours maximum), fruit and water in the room on arrival, luxury in-room toiletries and Dressing gown and slippers for use throughout your stay The hotel is air-conditioned throughout. The large lobby is spacious and decorated in a modern style in keeping with the standard of the hotel. The restaurant El Drago is a modern style restaurant with international cuisine (also caters for vegetarians). Picnics are available upon request. For late arrivals a cold meal can be provided in your room if ordered through your tour operator. For early departures breakfast can be provided before 7am on request. In the hotel there are also children's menus and chairs available. Theme evening during the week such as a Canarian evening, an Italian evening and barbecue. The restaurant is air conditioned throughout. The Bohio Bar is situated by the swimming pool and serves snacks, drinks & and ice cream throughout the day.
